Does DWX supersede my existing SEO efforts?
No. DWX improves your existing SEO efforts helping you and your team automate internal links optimisation at scale while testing your site with our custom Algorithms to discover opportunities. Our AI Platform learns what is working on your site and what is not, so its performance and results will improve on every iteration.
Is it secure?
DWX meets your enterprise's security providing industry-standard secure access and controls:
- Authentication. Single sign-on: We have integration with Okta.
- Encryption. We encrypt all sensitive data both at rest and in transit using robust, industry-leading encryption algorithms.
- Data Center security. DWX production services run in an isolated Virtual Private Cloud on Google Cloud Platform, which has all relevant best practice compliance certificates.
- Audit logs. Any access to customer data in cases when customers need our assistance is exhaustively logged and regularly audited. No data is accessed unless we cannot provide support to our customers without doing so.
- Uptime. We save frequent encrypted backups to ensure the data is safe and secure, and store them redundantly across multiple availability zones. We use third-party monitoring services to track DWX's availability.

Does DWX use personal data?
DWX does not use personal data. We use only keyword ranking data extracted from Google’s API and provided using a privacy layer. Specifically, DWX InLinks uses two existing Google APIs, which grant access to information that Google is already retrieving from any site that they are indexing. There’s no GDPR-related data.

What is the DWX BETA Program?
DWX production services run in an isolated Virtual Private Cloud on Google Cloud Platform, which has all relevant best practice compliance certificatesThe DWX BETA Program allows users to test pre-release versions of the DWX InLinks product. With BETA, we want to evaluate the performance of new versions and features of DWX InLinks in real environments. The versions to be tested will be stable and will include all the functionalities planned for release.

What is a run?
A run is a complete execution of the DWX InLinks process (crawling, generating the opportunity, generating the implementation output, data integration, obtaining results and checking efficiency).

What limits do I have on my growth opportunity free trial?
You’ll find that the trial does impose temporary limits on the software, specifically:
1) The number of pages you can crawl (up to 30K).
2) The scope of the Target URLs provided in the opportunity.
3) The forecast accuracy (related to the amount of data processed).
What happens after I get my growth opportunity free trial?
If you still decide not to subscribe to our services after getting and discussing your growth opportunity, your account will automatically be suspended.
What are annual commitments?
DWX offers the ability to make a commitment to a minimum amount of spend. This commitment gives you access to discounts and provides the flexibility to use this commitment across the entire DWX stack, including InLinks, Crawler, Machine Learning, Rank and Support. How can I get access to technical support?

How do I connect DWX to my website?
You will be able to retrieve and embed the data on your site's structure effortless via direct injection of your personalised Javascript snippet or via Tag Managers & CDNs or via our API Rest.

How are the inlinks inserted on the front-end?
You choose the optimal inlinks location for your users, so UX remains unaffected. The typical insertion approach is through a “Popular Searches” module. See below some front-end inlinks insertion examples:
How does the data connection authentication work?
DWX integrates data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console Using REST & OAuth 2.0.
From DWX, when you sign in to data with a provider that uses OAuth, you are redirected to the provider’s sign-in page. After you provide your credentials and authorise DWX to access your data, the data provider sends DWX an access token that uniquely identifies requests from DWX.

Does DWX affect my site’s performance?
Absolutely not! Your site's performance will not be affected. No one will notice that DWX is working.
Does DWX have an API?
Yes! DWX's API lets you programmatically retrieve data to be analysed and execute particular actions, such as starting a DWX InLinks process.
This API provides access to a variety of different resources, including the following:
